Our Story
eCFO Financial Solutions Inc. was born from a genuine friendship and a shared passion for helping small and medium-sized businesses thrive.
The two of us (David and Edmond) regularly participated in charity events and bonded over being dads and a love for sports. We eventually discovered that we also shared complementary professional skills—David with deep expertise in fractional CFO services, and Edmond with significant experience in ERP systems and implementation.
Over countless conversations, we realized we were both driven by the same core values: delivering tangible, clear value to SMBs and harnessing the power of technology to solve real business challenges. Our aligned vision and passion sparked the creation of eCFO Financial Solutions Inc.
What started as casual conversations evolved into a purpose-driven company committed to providing SMBs with the insight, experience, and strategy they need to achieve their financial and operational goals. David Bonn
David is a seasoned financial and operational executive with over two decades of experience in driving growth for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through customized strategies. His diverse background encompasses private equity, venture capital, commercial banking, manufacturing, supply chain, NFP and ERP implementation, providing him with a unique blend of financial acumen, operational excellence, and technological integration.
As the co-founder of eCFO, David is dedicated to helping business owners stabilize & improve cash flow, optimize processes, and achieve scalable, long-term growth. Based in Ontario, he is renowned for his hands-on approach and unwavering commitment to the success of SMEs.

Edmond Lopez
Edmond is an experienced business consultant with a background in accounting, finance, and ERP systems. After early roles in finance and process improvement, Edmond led an ERP consulting team at a Microsoft Partner firm before founding EEZEE Business Solutions in 2018.

He now helps SMBs unlock growth by optimizing their business applications and operations. Based in Toronto, Edmond is a proud husband, father of two, and a passionate sports fan.
